Aged in BLiS Maple Barrels for six months, this imperial stout features an array of flavors. Following its barrel aged stage, the stout is aged on vanilla beans and cocoa nibs. Giving its dark and rich taste that many have come to know.
Nose: Dark roast coffee, earthy
Palate/Finish: Thick, smooth smoky chocolate
ABV 10.4%

About 2nd Shift Brewing
It all began when Founder, Steve Crider received a home brewing kit for Christmas. His family had a lot to say of what he created, so he continued to master his craft mixing aromas and flavors like no other. Leading him to pick up a second shift job as a brewmaster along the way. Since then he has opened 2nd Shift Brewing with his wife, Libby and has spent the past several years doing what he does best.
