Imperial Brown Ale with Toasted Coconut
OBC’s fall seasonal release, the 7.62 Imperial Brown Ale with Toasted Coconut, begins with a smooth and creamy mouthfeel imparting nutty and toffee flavors on the tongue. Immediately following, a burst of coconut flavor explodes leaving the drinker reminiscing of Samoa Girl Scout cookies. This beer boasts a mahogany coloration derived from caramel and chocolate malts. The base brew ages post fermentation for several days in a conditioning tank with toasted coconut, ensuring a caramel, coconut indulgence that pairs perfectly with dinner or dessert.
About Omaha Brewing Company
Due to a lack of craft brewing in the south Robert and Stephanie Lee decided to begin the process of creating Omaha Brewing Company. The journey began in the winter of 2012 and has been expanding since.
By 2014 they were distributing to the public and are currently working on expanding their operations to further distribute this Southern original. Month over month OBC continues to push their distribution across Georgia.
OBC strives to use the freshest ingredients and supplies the base of their brews from an underground spring right below the breweries!
